The one who commands storms
T4:
passive: str x 1 + agi x 1 + int x 3 extra damage, gives 10% chance to reset basic skill cooldown upon casting the skill(Q, W, E, R and T) cannot occur more then once every 30 seconds
Q: Throw a lighting bolt at target, interrupts enemies spell casts(mini stun), if target is wet will chain to all nearby enemies also wet but will debuff the wet buff, str x 20 + agi x 20 + int x 55, 10 second cooldown.
(single target with a mini stun but it target has "wet" on them will chain to all nearby targets also "wet" and will remove the "wet")
W: engulf area around self in water, applies a debuff wet which slows ms by 25% for 5 seconds, if they have burn it will debuff it but not do the damage or apply wet, str x 20 + agi x 20 + int x 60, 20 second cooldown.
(aoe around self that hits once and applies "wet" to all hit, if "burn" is on them will remove "burn" but deal no damage nor apply "wet")
E: erupt target area in fire, causing them to burn if they are not wet, doesn't do damage on wet targets but will remove the wet, str x 35 + agi x 35 + int x 80, burn does a total of str x 10 + agi x 10 + int x 30 over 10 second, 60 second cooldown
(targeted aoe that hits once and applies "burn" to all hit, if "wet" is on them will remove "wet" but deal no damage nor apply "burn")
R: surrounds target in high winds, if enemy has burn it will increase it to str x 15 + agi x 15 + int x 50 but will reduce wet's effect to 15% ms and will remove smoke, if cast on ally will increase as and ms by X, lasts 15 seconds, 30 second cooldown
(single target buff/debuff that enhances "burn", reduces "wet's" effect to 15% movement speed, and removes smoke, can be used after or before each is applied, if used on an ally grants them attack speed and movement

T: makes a protective shield on self or ally made out of the earth reducing damage taken (has a cap for damage reduced then breaks) also reduces MS of target, if W hits unit with this on it will turn into mud and go away instantly,lasts 30 sec, 45 sec cd
(single target buff that boosts defensive capabilities but lowers movement speed but if they are in W aoe when u use it it will go away)
F: call a storm of all the elements to deal damage in an aoe over a period of time, will apply improved burn and wet also applies a mini shield at start of cast to all ally units in the storm, while the storm is active wet and burn will
not get removed(can have both but will not apply smoke), has a cast time, lasts 30 sec, 200 sec cooldown
(targeted aoe that when cast causes all allies to get a mini T and does constant damage to all enemies in aoe while also applying enhanced burn and normal wet but doesn't apply smoke)
class weapon: Propheta's Focus
active: Freeze self for 5 seconds becoming invulnerable but not able to take any actions, has a 100 second cooldown
gain UP upon casting spells at 100 UP go back down to 0 and gain additional int for X seconds, cant gain UP for a while
Notes:

if a target gets wet or burn removed from either W(burn) or E(wet) causes smoke to appear making them have a 15% chance to miss lasts 5 seconds
R works like so u can cast it on enemy then cast E to have enhanced burn, or cast W to have reduced wet and u cannot apply smoke to them while it lasts; also u could have them burn then cast R on them to enhance its effect, or have wet on them and cast R to reduce its effectiveness or have smoke on them to debuff smoke
T either makes a shield that reduces damage taken or 100% absorption and when X amount of damage is migrated or absorbed breaks
