EDIT: This is for designing new/modified SKILLS, not skins!
So, I've been thinking that some of the chars need a revamp, but I assume no one will actually make a plausible design... Your idea can be a BRAND NEW character or it can be a REVAMP (modification of an existing character) REVAMP characters are preferred now you guys can "fix" the characters that you think are imbalanced/suckass ^^
SKILL design criteria:
[SIMPLICITY] - the design is not retardedly difficult to implement. The easier it is, the better (but of course, the new changes still need to be worth it) [CREATIVITY] - the design is unique/cool/awesome/fun. [EFFECTIVITY] - the design works. If it combines multiple elements, like AGI and INT for example, is usually better than pure AGI. Pure stat-based builds are pretty linear.
Note, there may be no winners - it all depends on how good the ideas are and how easily I can implement them. Maximum of three winners awarded, if a single winner is awarded, they could end up as only 3rd place if their idea was not that great.

q; shots a fireball that deals int + a % off the burn dmg
w; wall of flame, stuns and deals int
e: does a ring of fire around you
r: increases burn dmg or smth
t: brings meteors or smth
f: brings a huge ass fucking meteor that just burns everything or something

Well there is only one thing that i never liked and that i think that it would be awesome.
The t1 devil has the "stomp" ability & t1 angel has the "straight shot wave" but the wave has limited targets that i can hit what sucks a little bit while devil hits every single target in skillrange
How about changing that skill, i no real knowledge with that stuff, but is it possible to change that "wave skill" to something like the stomp
The bloodelf (human hero) has that fire ground skill thing, would it be possible for exmaple to give the angel a stomp that casts this skill just like a stomp? (not on range useable)
#edit please don´t give people a code for that hero than >.< if they submit a good thing

Thanks for taking the time to come up with ideas
When I made this event, I was originally hoping for some creative characters, it would be even better if your style of characters didnt exist yet in Masin
Example character would be the Wrath that I designed; pretty much all of this character is from scratch except Q, which i modified a bit (was lazy, since original Masin developer already made a decent skill that I could use, I used it, but W E R T F is unique)
A good character involves synergies; like for Wrath: Theres blood loss (consumes HP) and then theres replenish (healing skill, R) that sacrifices allies HP to heal you and then theres a skill to prevent HP loss (F) and then you can consume blood sword to stop losing rapid HP (Q and T) he also has really high regeneration, so if he doesnt take damage for like 30 seconds, he gets almost full heal from simply regeneration Notice how so many of the skills are linked together? That's what I was hoping to get from this event And they aren't hard to make, because F is simple buff, W is simple buff, E is simple buff, R and T was the hardest to code, Q is a simple AoE So its a simple character but it has a lot of potential, a character like Wrath would definitely be worthy of potential top prize
P.S. Its even easier to code, if the character involves changing an already existing character in Masin to something somewhat different; Like what I did with Nightmare, instead of making AGI and INT spells very similar, they are now very different, yet both are very good in their own ways.
P.S.S Theres already a lot of characters with summons already and (unfortunately) i dont know how to make stat-based summons
